Who couldn't use a little more joy? Grapefruit, citrus paradisi, has a reputation for renewing the zest of life. In fact, the story goes that men who smell grapefruit in the prescence of a woman will think her more attractive and younger than when the grapefruit isn't in the air. And that brings me joy - how about you?
Diffusing grapefruit into the air can lighten up a heavy mood. Grapefruit is also a good ingredient to reduce oiliness in hair and skin; it makes a refreshing ingredient in massage oils and lotions by increasing circulation and toning the skin.
