Lemon Essential Oil
Lemon, citrus limon, makes us feel just bright as the sun that ripened it. A sniff of lemon can lift the spirits with its fresh clean fragrance. Make your own non-abrasive cleanser with baking soda and a few drops of lemon, orange or lemongrass oil.
Dilute essential oils before applying them to your skin at a concentration no higher than 30 drops in one ounce of a carrier like unscented lotion, carrier oil or aloe vera gel.
