Patchouli Essential Oil
We hear from so many folks who say, "Your patchouli oil is the best. It takes me back...." Patchouli, pogostemon cablin, comes from the island of Sumatra. It's earthy, spicy scent can be calming to the senses.
Dilute essential oils before applying them to your skin at a concentration no higher than 30 drops in one ounce of a carrier like unscented lotion, carrier oil or aloe vera gel.
