Ylang ylang #3 cananga odorata , comes from a delicate white flower that is native to Malaysia and Madagascar. It lends a beautiful sweetness to blends when used in very small quantities. It has a reputation as a tension reliever and as a hormone balancer for women.
Dilute essential oils before applying them to your skin at a concentration no higher than 30 drops in one ounce of a carrier like unscented lotion, carrier oil or aloe vera gel.
